Sinuguro ni Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre  na hindi sasantuhin  ang mga sangkot  usapin ng suhulan na sangkot ang dalawang immigration officer  kaugnay sa  kontrobersiyal na  usapin ng online gambling casino sa Clark Field, Pampanga.

 

“No stone unturned, No sacred cows”, ani Aguirre.

 

Sinabi pa nang  kalihim, inatasan na niya ang National Bureau of Investigation na palakasin ang imbestigasyon  sa isyu ng Jack Lam extortion and bribery case.

 

 “I have formalized my earlier directive to the NBI to fully investigate the allegations of

bribery and extortion in relation to the operation conducted against foreign nationals at

the Fontana Leisure Park, Clark Field, Angeles, Pampanga”, sabi ng kalihim, sa nilagdaang Department Order No. 896.”

 

 Sa Department Order No. 896, ang pagkakaloob ng awtorisasyon sa NBI na imbestigahan at patibayin ang kaso o case build up kaban sa mga lumabag sa batas  kabilang na dito ang dalawang immigration commissioners at iba pang kawani ng bureau.

 

“…  AUTHORITY TO CONDUCT  INVESTIGATION AND CASE BUILD-UP TO DETERMINE CRIMINAL LIABILITY OVER  POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS OF LAWS IN RELATION TO THE PURPORTED BRIBERY OR

EXTORTION, AS THE CASE MAY BE, BY OR AGAINST JACK LAM, BY BUREAU OF  IMMIGRATION COMMISSIONERS, OFFICIALS, EMPLOYEES, AND PRIVATE  INDIVIDUALS IN COLLUSION WITH CIVIL SERVANTS IN RELATION TO THE  OPERATION CONDUCTED AGAINST FOREIGN NATIONALS VIOLATING PHILIPPINE  IMMIGRATION, CRIMINAL AND OTHER LAWS AT THE FONTANA LEISURE PARK, CLARK

FIELD, ANGELES, PAMPANGA”, ayon sa DO 896 na nilagdaan ng kalihim noong December 8, 2016.

 

Sinabi ni Aguirre na kailangang lumabas ang katotohanan  sa likod ng nasabing kontrobersiya.

 

“We want to get to the bottom of these allegations and we believe that the probe that will be conducted by the NBI will help us get to the truth. In faithful compliance with the President’s ANTI-CORRUPTION Directive to me, I wish to reiterate that there will be NO STONE UNTURNED and NO SACRED COWS in this probe”, sabi ng Justice Chief.

 

Ang mahalaga aniya ay kailangang walang magaganap na korapsiyon  alinsunod sa kautusan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

 

“Bottomline, ABSOLUTELY NO CORRUPTION as per President Duterte. There is no place for the corrupt in the DoJ Family, there is no place for them at all in the government”, paliwanag pa ng kalihim.(Diana Cruz)
