“After a careful review of the records of the case and the evidence of the prosecution, the Court denies the motion of accused Avendan. Accused Avendan failed to show that the prosecution’s evidence was insufficient to establish a prima facie case against him,”
Valenzuela City Fire Marshall Bureau of Fire Protection Mel Jose Lagan, fire senior inspector-Edgrover Oculam at King Guan, also known as Terence King Ong, general manager at treasurer Kentex Manufacturing Corp.
Matatandang inasunto ang mga ito ng reckless imprudence resulting in multiple homicides and multiple injuries at two counts of graft sa pagkakasunod ng Kentex slipper factory noong may 13, 2015 na ikinasawi ng 74 nitong manggagawa at pagkakasulat ng iba pa.
